\u5e74\u6210\u7acb\u5ee3\u76ca\u624b\u5de5\u85dd\u793e\u4e26\u65bc 1974 2015 \u5e74\u91dd\u5c0d\u76e7\u9756\u679d\u3001\u83ab\u6c38\u5d07\u3001\u7fc1\u660e\u8f1d\u4e09\u5927\u81fa\u5357\u5e02\u7af9\u5de5\u85dd\u5e2b\u9032\u884c\u53e3\u8ff0\u7d00\u9304\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u5176\u51fa\u7248\u70ba\u300a\u9577\u7de8\u7af9\u5922\uff1a\u95dc\u5edf\u7af9\u7de8\u85dd\u5e2b\u6280\u6cd5\u5c08\u8f2f\u300b\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc 2016 \u5e74\u984d\u5916\u51fa\u7248\u5176\u751f\u547d\u53f2\u300a\u4eba\u9593\u570b\u5bf6\u53e2\u66f84\uff0d\u5de7\u7de8\u798f\u7af9\uff1a\u76e7\u9756\u679d\u751f\u547d\u53f2\u300b\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u76e7\u9756\u679d\u7684\u751f\u5e73<\/h2>\n<p>\u76e7\u9756\u679d\uff0c\u51fa\u751f\u65bc 1945 \u5e74\u7684\u81fa\u5357\u5e02\u95dc\u5edf\u5340\uff0c\u751f\u65bc\u7af9\u7de8\u4e16\u5bb6\u800c\u5e74\u7d00\u8f15\u8f15\u5373\u6709\u7cbe\u7dfb\u7684\u7af9\u7de8\u6280\u85dd\uff0c1957 \u5e74\u56e0\u5e74\u7d00\u904e\u5c0f\u7121\u6cd5\u548c\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5927\u59ca\u76e7\u975c\u6708\u4e00\u540c\u81f3\u6751\u9577\u5408\u8fa6\u4e26\u7531\u59d1\u5abd\u76e7\u4f96\u64d4\u4efb\u8b1b\u5e2b\u7684\u300c\u95dc\u5edf\u7af9\u7d30\u5de5\u6280\u8853\u8a13\u7df4\u73ed\u300d\u9032\u4fee\u7af9\u7d30\u5de5\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u81ea\u5b78\u7af9\u7d30\u5de5\u6280\u6cd5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>1963 \u5e74\uff0c18 \u6b72\u7684\u76e7\u9756\u679d\u5354\u52a9\u4e00\u4f4d\u5973\u6027\u9032\u884c\u7af9\u88fd\u5225\u91dd\u6253\u6a23\u5f8c\uff0c\u9032\u5165\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1b\u8a72\u4f4d\u5973\u6027\u537b\u5728\u7d04 3 \u5e74\uff0c\u76e7\u9756\u679d\u773c\u898b\u7af9\u7522\u696d\u5e02\u5834\u62d3\u5c55\u5feb\u901f\uff0c\u8207\u4e08\u592b\u5f35\u5e73\u5c71\u5c07\u5ee3\u76ca\u624b\u5de5\u85dd\u793e\u6539\u7d44\u70ba\u9756\u5c71\u5de5\u85dd\u793e\uff0c\u9756\u5c71\u4e00\u540d\u5404\u53d6\u81ea\u592b\u59bb\u5169\u4eba\u7684\u540d\u5b57\uff0c1976 \u5e74\u518d\u91cd\u7d44\u70ba\u9756\u5c71\u4f01\u696d\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u597d\u666f\u4e0d\u9577\uff0c1980 \u5e74\u4ee3\u53f0\u7063\u7af9\u7522\u696d\u53d7\u4e2d\u570b\u3001\u6771\u5357\u4e9e\u7b49\u5730\u7684\u524a\u50f9\u7af6\u722d\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\u9010\u6f38\u856d\u689d\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u7b46\u92b7\u5f80\u65e5\u672c\u7684\u83dc\u7c43\u8ca8\u6b3e\u906d\u8cbf\u6613\u5546\u60e1\u610f\u5012\u50b5\u800c\u7121\u6cd5\u6536\u56de\uff0c\u4f7f\u9756\u5c71\u4e0d\u5728\u627f\u63a5\u5916\u92b7\u8a02\u55ae\uff0c\u800c\u5f8c\u7d50\u675f\u71df\u696d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u64da\u76e7\u9756\u679d\u672c\u4eba\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u96d6\u91cd\u7d44\u5f8c\u751f\u610f\u505a\u5f97\u4e26\u4e0d\u9577\uff0c\u4f46\u7576\u6642\u9756\u5c71\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u4f5c\u5de5\u8f03\u7d30\uff0c\u7522\u54c1\u55ae\u50f9\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u6536\u5165\u5f88\u597d\uff0c\u672c\u4eba\u66f4\u76f4\u8aaa\u300c\u6211\u5011\u4e09\u7bb1\u8ca8\u54c1\u6bd4\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u4e00\u8ca8\u6ac3\u4f86\u5f97\u8cb4\u300d\u986f\u793a\u7576\u6642\u5916\u92b7\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u4e5f\u5f88\u6ce8\u91cd\u505a\u5de5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b77\u7d93\u8cbf\u6613\u5546\u5012\u50b5\u5f8c\uff0c\u76e7\u9756\u679d\u53d7\u9080\u5c07\u6614\u65e5\u6240\u958b\u767c\u7684\u7522\u54c1\u81f3\u81fa\u5357\u5716\u66f8\u9928\u5c55\u51fa\u3002\u65bc 1981 \u5e74\u958b\u8fa6\u7af9\u7de8\u500b\u5c55\u5f8c\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u8f49\u70ba\u6559\u5b78\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u90fd\u65bc\u8d85\u904e\u4e94\u500b\u55ae\u4f4d\u4e2d\u64d4\u4efb\u7af9\u85dd\u6559\u5e2b\uff0c\u76f4\u5230 1989\u5e74\u70ba\u6b62\uff0c\u81ea 1986 \u2013 1992 \u5e74\u7a69\u5b9a\u64d4\u4efb\u81fa\u5357\u7e23\uff08\u5e02\uff09\u7acb\u6587\u5316\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7af9\u7de8\u7814\u7fd2\u73ed\u4e4b\u6559\u5e2b\uff0c\u4e26\u5e74\u5e74\u61c9\u9080\u5404\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5c55\u51fa\uff0c1994 \u5e74\u7531\u81fa\u5357\u7e23\u7acb\u6587\u5316\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u51fa\u7248\u5176\u7af9\u85dd\u5c08\u8f2f\u300a\u9577\u679d\u4ed4\u7684\u6625\u5929\uff1a\u76e7\u9756\u679d\u7af9\u85dd\u5c08\u8f2f\u300b\u9996\u6b21\u4ee5\u6587\u5b57\u65b9\u5f0f\u8a18\u8f09\u5176\u7af9\u85dd\u6280\u6cd5\u7528\u65bc\u50b3\u627f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u76e7\u9756\u679d\u7684\u6559\u5b78\u8207\u50b3\u627f\u8db3\u8de1\u904d\u4f48\u5168\u53f0\uff0c\u55ae
