Single circle weaving is one of only two round shape bamboo weaving techniques and thus has been traditionally widely adopted for lanterns and lamp covers.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The smooth round opening made by the technique naturally with radiant bamboo strips curved and extended from the center like countless beams of sunlight is not only the source of its orientalism but also the reason an artist can easily blend it with other materials such as ceramics or glassware, inspiring us with a timeless aesthetic of oriental romanticism.<\/p>\n
